1. Returns & Exchanges:
As all our products are handmade and often customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is received damaged or defective.
We encourage you to carefully review product details before placing an order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.

3. Refunds (if applicable):
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Cancellations:
Orders once placed cannot be canceled if the product is already in production or shipped.
For urgent cancellation requests, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
5. No Refunds for:
Customized products made as per your specifications.
Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences (as is natural with handmade products).
Delay in delivery by courier once the product has been dispatched.
